1. How To Share A Google Drive Link
First login to your Google account and visit drive.google.com. Now, upload the files by just Drag & Drop OR through “New –> File Upload”, which you want to store or share with others.
To share a link in Google Drive, Right-click on any file –> choose “Get Shearable Link”. It will generate a link with by default sharing settings i.e with only “View” permission. Just copy the link and share it with your friends.
2. Set the ‘Editing/Viewing/Commenting’ access permission.
Here we gonna work on GOOGLE DRIVE SETTINGS FOR SHARING. Again Right Click on the file you want to share and directly choose “Share”. Or if you have chosen “Get Shearable Link”, then click on Sharing Settings option as shown in Image no. 2 of above GIF Image.
#1. In the pop-up window that appears, click the down arrow symbol next to “Anyone with the link may” and choose “View/Comment/Edit” or “OFF” – if you just want to share with specified individuals.
Change access rights as needed by selecting the “More” option at the bottom of the screen. Now, choose “Copy Link” to copy the shareable link and send it to anybody.
#2. To send the link to your friends through email, enter their email addresses in the “People” section and choose “View/Edit/Comment” from the “Permissions” drop-down menu.
After you’ve completed the basic sharing options, click the “Done” button to send it to all of the email addresses you supplied.
3. Selecting Advanced Options
Just click on “Advanced Settings” next to the “Done” button, scroll down, and you’ll notice a Checkbox with the option to deactivate Download, Print, and Copy for Commenters and Viewers.
